Yvette Farmer is aN AWARD WINNING FILM and TV WRITER.

I’m passionate about scripted self-discovery comedy drama and looking to be part of the writing team on a TV show. I write original TV pilots, episodes, feature & short film scripts currently placing finalist and winning awards in international script competitions. I enjoy writing sketches in The Groundlings Theatre School workshops in Los Angeles. I’m also a script reader for respected film festivals in the US and a programme advisor to Margate Film Festival in the UK. 

I've shadowed TV writers & directors on period, sitcom & daytime TV shows (Hulu / ITV, BET / CBS, Paramount & BBC) in the UK & US. My last short film ‘X Anniversary’, which I also directed, won awards for Best Actor and Best Cinematography on the international festival circuit.

Before writing screenplays, I produced narrative live action and character-based animated commercials in London, Berlin & Los Angeles.
